CrossFit delivers a fitness that is designed to be broad, general and inclusive. CrossFit's goal is to create the “quintessential athlete: equal parts gymnast, Olympic weightlifter and sprinter.”
CrossFit uses Olympic Weightlifting, slam balls, kettle-bells, gymnastics rings, pull-up bars, plyometric boxes, calisthenics exercises and much more.

Community through Camaraderie
Although all the workouts are completed at your own pace, they are primarily conducted in a team setting. This produces a level of intensity and motivation that cannot be achieved exercising by yourself. This also forges strong friendships that go far beyond the gym. We are at times unorthodox, loud and we tend to swear and get a bit rowdy but we train hard and have some good laughs along the way.

Warkworth CrossFit has a strong focus on injury prevention through the use of proper form and technique. We keep classes small and ensure all members get the attention they deserve.
