 Sharaf has extensive energy and a vast knowledge of all aspects of fitness, Sharaf has a successful CrossFit Box in Whangarei which originally started as  a Bootcamp training facility and then evovled into CrossFit, the Whangarei business has now been operational for 7 years. There is not much that Sharaf does not know about health & fitness.  He is a Level 1 certified CrossFit Coach and his passion is to uplift, motivate, and push each person to their limits. He loves everything about fitness and enjoys sharing his passion with others.

Rochelle is the current "Fittest Mum" in New Zealand for Masters, also the Fittest 40+ year old Woman in NZ according to the CrossFit Open results for 2017 and is very passionate about helping others reach goals, master movements and get fit and healthy. Rochelle is a CrossFit Level one certified coach.

Introducing Elyse & her story... Elyse has always had an interest in health and fitness - she’s run half marathons, has her own PT business, has a certificate in holistic performance nutrition, started CrossFit in 2016 and most recently has been furthering and perfecting her olympic lifting training. But, she hasn’t always been the fit, healthy and happy person she is these days. Like almost anyone you meet, Elyse has had an up and down journey with her weight and had a lack of knowledge about what ‘healthy’ was - in both exercise and food. At her heaviest she was 95kg and unhappy. She decided to make a lifestyle change about 7 years ago because she felt like she didn’t fit in and wasn’t comfortable in social situations, and after being trained by a PT realised the personal training industry was something she felt passionate about and wanted to pursue herself. This lead her into following a heavily cardio based format of training and eventually lead her into half marathons. At her lightest she was 65kg and very slim, but was lacking in strength and while there was a sense of achievement in running it’s not really what made her tick. As most people who join CrossFit gyms know, doing your own high intensity training at a standard gym isn’t entirely rewarding either but with a lack of local CrossFit gyms in Warkworth at the time, it wasn’t until she started working at Industrial Athletic and had the opportunity to train CrossFit daily that she realised how much she loved it in that type of setting. Thanks to CrossFit and weightlifting she’s now at a point with her body image and health/fitness where she is truly happy, and making awesome gains strength wise. A lot of females are often scared of how their body will change when they start making strength gains, but it’s an incredibly rewarding feeling to be strong! Who doesn’t love a squat booty! Elyse has been doing Crossfit for only 10 months - a lot of blood sweat and tears to learn the moves, but it just shows us that ANYBODY can do it - no matter what your current situation!
